Music
The best audio systems have a continuum, a gestalt that allows them to mimic natural music (not amplified) or even amplified by electronic instruments. It is this ability to recreate the event with emotion, the feeling of being at the concert, live, or in the recording studio.
The most successful approaches are of course ribbon speakers, electrostatics and some rare creations using both transducers of the same nature, and a dipole or semi-spherical emission. Of course with a high efficiency to extract the weakest signals that contribute to the detail and the atmosphere. The same goes for electronics, which must respect the signal without transforming it by many vaunted technologies but incapable of absolute respect for the signal.
To date I think that the most successful, accessible system in our uncompromising selection is the ALSYVOX Tintoretto associated with the Apurna™ Prélude amplifier. Our APURNA™ electronics reveal all the systems of the ESL ESL989 and later quads modified in Germany with more traditional transducers. If the MPD-8 DAC improved since mid-2024 following an evolution of the components (generation called MkII), I was surprised by the progress of this generation when our MPD-8Ai (Analogue inputs) arrived in January.
A more open, more transparent, more dynamic sound and an even greater fluidity. What is most striking is the upgrade in precision and resolution on details and hall ambiance. Music lovers who praised the very analogue sound of the MPD-8, an extremely rare fact in digital, but who noticed a little warmth, will find this DAC capable of the highest musicality with uncompromising precision. HIJIRI, great cables that sound like music
HIJIRI cables have been well known for 2 decades and offer a really excellent musicality - price ratio. Designed and manufactured by COMBAK Corporation 🇯🇵 (HARMONIX), they are always made of oxygen-free copper of high purity, directional, with effective shieling. The sound is very analogue, detailed and very dynamic, with body and a very faithful timbre. The development by Kazuo Kiuchi San has a great affiliation with his renowned Harmonix supports. The sound is clear and the opposite of many current cables that project sound or lack body, with HIFI tones far from a sound or a real note (even at expensive prices).

NOVATO (California) designer and manufacturer has added an RJ45-RJ45 cat. 8 Ethernet cable to its NIRVANA range. This cable is distinguished by a proprietary shielding that is innovative and so efficient.
The available lengths are 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 3 m maximum given the complexity of construction.

ABORA A400Si, irresistible
